I have green check on remote access and says"Fully accessible outside your network"
My iPhone will direct play over cellular.
However my mother in law has a amazon fire stick 4k that can connect but apparently only through relay as it plays indirectly and therefore at 1Mbps speed (I have Plex Pass, she does not).
Why would one user be able to direct play remotely, but another be stuck on indirect with low quality? Any troubleshooting tips? Everything I’ve read is about what to do to get the green check but my port forwarding etc is all done and working.
