I have remote access enabled from my office but at home under server it says “indirect”. And my 1080p movies will only play in maximum 0,7 mbps SD quality. Any help? 
it’s a issue that has been posted about many times today in the Plex Pass Forum… I’m getting indirect on remote connections also… Waiting for Plex to acknowledge the issue, but don’t hold your breath!
Please don’t open several new threads about the same issue.
