Can we get a updated instruction to set up on Synology using quickconnect.to?

What Plex versions, what Plex updates, Synology DS how-to folders, Synology DS folder sharing, quickconnect.to protocol, etc.

My web Plex library is empty, how do I see the videos destinated to be seen in the web version Plex account using quickconnect.to web address?

Don’t. You cannot directly claim a server using Synology QuickConnect. Plex sees it as an attempt to claim from a remote address and considers it a security issue.

If you are on the same local network as the Synology, point a private/incognito browser window at the IP address of the NAS. For example, if the IP address is 10.1.2.3, use http://10.1.2.3:32400/web.

If you are remote from the NAS, you can try installing Plex using a Plex Claim Token. See FAQ 31: Reset / Reclaim PMS on DSM 7 (Not Authorized - Locked Out).

  1. Install the package normally
  2. Observe the “not authorized” (due to the use of QuickConnect or remote status of the NAS)
  3. Use the Plex Claim Token option , built into the package, to remedy
