Installation of plex media server without library options

Hello, it’s a first for me to write on this blog, I hope I’m in the right place.
I do not understand I have windows server 2022. I wanted to install plex media server. I put the version show as said above. but as shown in these photos I encounter a problem in the execution of the server part of plex.

The most common issue that causes this is that your server is signed in with a different account, normally because you installed Plex at some point in the past.

I’ve tried to delete as the tutorial says. It did reset my config but unfortunately it didn’t work.
I have installed the plex media server today and for the first time on a server. I don’t know if I need to install anything extra for plex to work.
