Hello, I am new to raspberry but I have a problem.
I just downloaded and RasPlex Installer I took 0.6.0.
I plug into my tv 55 inches and have a background on the screen in several color Plex but not charging.
What did he go?
Is it normal that I do not have the screen with the background?
I think I saw a little lower than what is normal to have a score of 3 therefore unusable 7.07Go.
LED red only lighted
Is what you can help me?

Je te suggère de ne pas utiliser un traducteur automatique pour poser tes questions. Soit tu écris en anglais, soit va voir sur le forum Français, parce que là, c'est incompréhensible, même pour quelqu'un de bilingue.

C'est un RPi ou un RPi2 ? Dans l'installeur, tu dois choisir Raspberry Pi ou Raspberry Pi 2 en fonction du matériel.

J'ai une carte micro SD de 8go en class 6.

Quand je met la carte micro sd dans le rasberry pi 2, et que je le démarre, je ne vois pas la led verte s'allumée et le fond d'écran reste fixe. Plex ne doit pas se lancer.

You are selecting the wrong image in GetRasplex, select the RPi2 image and then write the SD card without leaving the app.

Le RPI2 est-il bien alimenté ? Il vaut mieux une alimentation dédiée. S'il est juste branché sur l'USB de la télé, il peut être sous-alimenté, ce qui explique qu'il ne démarre pas.

Hopefully you will understand my reply despite using the English language.

One of your problems may be the SD card class. Class 6 is not suitable for use with the RPi2.

Even on an RPi1 such cards are known to cause problems, especially with overclocking.

You should have better results with a Class 10 SD card.

Alimentation 5V 2A donc je pense que c'est déjà bien.

Je n'ai pas de classe 10 en micro sd. J'ai que des class 4 sinon. 

J'ai bien choisit rasberry pi 2 comme sur l'image. Je l'as télécharge et puis je fais write sd.

Est ce que c'est possible d'utiliser la télécommande TV pour controler le rasplex sur un samsung? Je viens de tester sur ma tv sony dans ma chambre et c'est ok en sync. Je compte prendre une TV samsung smart view et ce mode fonctionnera aussi?

Si vous avez des références pour usb vers tislink In et Out (Le in pour avoir le son de la TV et le Out pour envoyer vers le home cinéma.).

J'en ai peut être pas besoin si sur la tv, j'ai une sortie audio optique. Je le brancher sur le home cinema et j'ai du pur son.

You absolutely need a Class 10 SD card...!!!

Any lower class will cause problems.

I am aware that some official 'starter kits' for Raspberry Pi use low class cards.

The worst case of all is probably that of the Class 4 'Noobs' cards issued by the RPi foundation.

They have made a horrible mistake in using so low class cards.

As for using a TV remote controller with RasPlex, this works well with some TVs but is never guaranteed.

Different TV manufacturers use different variants of the CEC protocol, with some working better than others.

This can also differ between different TV models from the same manufacturer.

Unless you find a report from someone else using exactly the same TV model you plan to use, you'll simply have to test it yourself.

The cause for that problem is very simple: Wrong password.

That "raspberry" may be used with some other Raspberry OS, but it's not correct for RasPlex.

For RasPlex SSH login:

First enter the username: "root"

Next enter the password: "rasplex"

As usual, use only the letters inside the quotes, so do not include the quote characters.

Je veux rajouter un bouton poussoir car je ne compte pas le laisser H24 allumer. Et si j'ai un problème, je préfère pouvoir le couper proprement avant de le débrancher.

Yes, I see. While RasPlex is based on OpenELEC it is modified in many ways, including the SSH username and password.

Yes, but a safe shutdown is necessary and that will not occur with a simple power switch button. (There are kits intended for this purpose though.)

Simply breaking power would most likely result in SD card corruption.

With a simple physical switch you will have to use the RasPlex side menu command "Shut Down" each time. (That's the "Éteindre" command in French.)

But personally I'd recommend letting it run continuously like I do with mine. They don't draw much power.

Même en ssh, on peut pas s'y connecter. Pour le moment c'est branché en ethernet mais après j'aurais que le wifi.

This time I'm not sure if I understood your post correctly. (I've never formally studied the French language.)

I believe your first question is about how to re-awaken the RPi from shutdown state.

After performing a shutdown the only way to restart the RPi is to reapply power. (If still powered, you must power off, then on again.)

In shutdown state there is no way for the RPi to respond to anything else (such as SSH), since the CPU and most other logic circuitry is inactive.
There are some hardware addon kits which allow other means of awakening the RPi, but I have never used any of them myself.

Normally I let my RPi units run 24/7, shutting them down only when I need to swap SD cards for testing of new beta versions of RasPlex.

As for using WiFi instead of Ethernet, that works fine with some WiFi dongles, though perhaps not with all of them...

Again I am having some trouble understanding you, since I really don't know the French language.
I believe you are saying that SD quality videos from TV shows always 'lag' for you, and that you're asking how to check what causes it, with your main suspicion being that it is due to your WiFi key/dongle.

I agree that WiFi use is a common reason for 'lag' and other streaming problems.

Checking it and/or fixing it can be difficult though.

If you have any Android devices (phones, tablets) then you can use the excellent 'WiFi Analyzer' App to check how congested the various WiFi channels are in your area. Then you can set your WiFi router to use the least busy WiFi channel available. That will reduce the amount of packet 'collisions' with neighbour LANs which may be forcing retransmission of your stream packets, thereby causing 'lag'. Most users never change their WiFi channel settings from the factory defaults, which means that those channels will be badly congested. So changing to a less used channel can help a lot.

PHT (and thus also RasPlex) has bitrate limit settings both for local and remote streaming, intended to make the PMS server transcode video with too high bitrates, so as to achieve a stream within the set bitrate limit of the used connection. Unfortunately the current RasPlex implementation does this by making PMS transcode ALL video when any bitrate limit has been set, even if the video already had a lower bitrate. So using the current RasPlex version with bitrate limits does not give satisfactory results. There are also problems with 'resumed' playback and forward/backward jumps in playback for transcoded video in the current RasPlex version. All of those problems have been fixed in the latest beta versions of RasPlex, so those fixes will be included in the upcoming release of RasPlex v0.7.0. Thus I suggest you wait for that version before setting bitrate limits.

The bitrate limits are set in the submenu: Preferences > Network > Quality

There you find the two entries "Local video quality" and "Remote video quality" both of which have default values "Direct Play".

Selecting either entry and pressing 'Enter' allows you to choose a bitrate limit (or "Direct Play") as the new setting.

In French the submenu will be: Préférences > Réseau > Qualité

And the entries will be "Qualité de la vidéo en locale" and "Qualité de la vidéo a distance".
