Installed PMS but when going to your media it tells me to get PMS again, what to do?
I even tried to uninstall and install again but the same thing happens.
Any idesa what to do here?
You can only complete the install by accessing the server through the bundled version of Plex Web. If you’re on the same machine as the PMS, open http://127.0.0.1:32400/web in a browser. If it’s installed on a separate machine/NAS in your home network, go with http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web instead.
You can only use the hosted version of Plex Web (http://app.plex.tv/desktop) after you linked your new Plex Media Server to your Plex account.
I can login at http://127.0.0.1:32400/web but when there I can’t find any way to see my library or add an library. All I see is:
Home
Movies & Shows
Live TV
Web Shows
News
Podcasts
Music (Tidal)
Not sure how to get to my library.
Could it be you had installed a previous version of the Plex Media Server on that machine at some point?

Let me add one more obvious check… in case you skipped the setup wizard…
Can you open Settings > [Server Name] > Manage > Libraries and create new libraries from there?
Thanks, followed the locked out support link and got connected again but now there is another problem.
I can add my libraries but when trying to open them it says there was an unexpected error loading the library. Please visit the forums.
Any ideas?
does the issue persist after you restart the PMS?
