Intermittent - you do not have access to the server

In windows client I keep getting the ‘you do not have access to the server’ error. If I hit cntl-f5 then I get access, but clicking any libraries on the right just displays the ‘Discover - All Libraries’ screen ('Continue Watching, On Deck, etc…). For example if I click Music the screen refreshes but stays on the ‘Discover - All Libraries’ screen. If I click the down arrow by ‘Plex Server’ in top right I see 2 servers that look exactly the same. In reality there is only 1 server, if I stop the server on my synology nas DS218+ both go away. plex server version 64bit 1.15.2.793
