Use-Case: At my home with 3 PCs, I set up my NAS with Plex media and have Plex on three PCs - Does Plex still utilize the internet to stream to all PCs, or does it recognize that all PCs are on the same network and play media on the local network? (mind you - the ISP limits data usages)
Please HELP.
