So added the update on my FreenNAS server and enabled the setting as intructed:
Went to my Deep Space 9 series and selected analyze but I see no indications that it’s analyzing to find intros and watching an episode don’t give me the “skip intro” button either.
You have to select each season before you press «analyze». Also, I had to turn the transcoder back on, in order for this to work.
Thanks! I found a reddit thread suggesting that it only worked using the app.plex.tv link and not local IP… so I did the reverse and started it at the local IP and then the activity showed up on the app.plex.tv!
Good! its a great feature. Wish it didnt rely on the transcoder though.
