iOS App "forgets" that I've added an unclaimed server

Server Version#: 1.29.0.6244
Player Version#: 8.9 (iOS)

  • Initially everything works great. I am adding a custom server, e.g. 192.168.1.2 with port 32400
  • This additional server appears alongside my other accessible shares
  • I am able to play my files with no issues
  • However, at some later time, it disappears
  • When I navigate to the area where I configured/added my server it still shows up as-if things are fine – but the media isn’t browseable from anywhere in the app
  • If I manually delete it and then re-add it, the media is immediately accessible once again … for awhile

I’ve tried force quitting the app but the only solution I’ve found has been to remove-and-readd it … which is a hassle to do anytime you want to access your files
