Anyone else lost the option to even chose a library ? the tab at the bottom has completely disappeared. I have tired signing out, deleting the app - reinstalling.

Have you signed out of Server, iOS device and restarted both. Sign into server, then iOS device.

I’ve not seen that issue myself or had my family/friends report, nor have I noticed any other post with this kind of issue.
Can you post a screenshot? Just in case we can see something that helps to identify what is going on.
Do you see any of these items at the bottom in Plex? Do you see a bar at the bottom at all?

That is a spot odd, the only thing I could imagine is that you are logged in as a user who doesn’t have library access?
If you tap the login picture top right, switch profile and choose another user, does the same issue happen?
I checked what it all looks like if you are offline, and the library tab still shows, however a bottom bar clearly states Offline Mode in purple.

I even had my friend grant me access to his library I got the notification but when opening the app nothing pops up.
Hope it fixes it self - I’ll just use my iPad until then cheers for the help.
@Staxx I just setup a test user and didn’t give access to any libraries, the outcome was the same situation you are facing. I suspect this is indeed an issue with your account not getting permission to use any libraries somehow. Hope something can be found to resolve this issue for you.
