IOS app stopped connecting to server after upgrade

Server Version#: 1.40.0.7998-7000
Player Version#: ios latest
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

Wierd thing happened after upgrading to latest version. I see my account from ios app but no local librares. I mean i see them but they are inactive to access them. Can you clue me please?

From local network i can see them but outside network i see the account and plex reccomenedations from their platform but no local libraries.
