I’m not sure if you’re trying to start the movie and get stuck when it tries loading the trailers or if you’re clicking the movie’s trailer and want to point out that the trailer is from a different movie?!

I’ll start the movie on the phone. Instead of a movie, a trailer starts with a completely different movie.
It has worked so far. As you can see in the video now, however, a trailer is starting instead of a movie. Which has nothing to do with the film of your choice.
You have probably enabled Plex‘ cinema trailers feature which allows you to play a number of trailers before each movie.
On your mobile:
Settings > User Experience > Cinema Trailers
Changing this to 0 will play no trailers.
You can configure what kind of trailers are used in your server settings:
Settings > [Server Name] > Extras
