iPad Video does not display (solution found)

When playing all videos on the iPad, a black screen is displayed with the sound playing.

Solution: Access the “Quality” submenu in the video settings menu and adjust the video quality “down”. The video will then display correctly. You may then return the video to its original quality setting.

It seems that this action must be performed for every video accessed on the iPad.

Update: This “error” appears every time you play a video (see enclosed sample video below).

Needs an urgent software fix.

There is no solution to the problem therefore (To play the video, copy the link and paste it into a new browser window).

Just tried the video link (a dropbox link) in a new window, but it does not work. a “butchered“ link is provided below without the first part. Wow! how hard is this?
