like in topic, is it possible to limit the transfer on plex server, particularly upload outside LAN. Is there a plugin that can do this? i have a problem with upload, my net is only 30mpbs upload, and when somebody outside is watching movies from my server everything lags.

I haven’t used these settings much, but go into Settings > Remote Access. You’ll find a ‘Limit remote stream bitrate’ setting there.
