For me, this issue only happens on Chromecast TV. I wonder if the problem is with Google and not Plex?

i have somehow the same issues.
one of my files is not playing at Auto detected quality. it’s playing on Full or on 1080 High
also, is anyone having their Plex bandwidth limited to under 100Mbps? (top left geek stats)
mine showing 80min and 300max with an actual of 90mbps bandwidth.
i’m using a tcl 85x955 google tv and most of my files are buffering even though i have an iperf3 of 700-800mbps over usb lan, with my plex server. all files are stored on ssd and directly played.
i’ve just tried it on a TCL 32V5C
it’s buffering for 1080p too
