Hi, I am having issues with local media assets (metadata) - music videos, concerts, interviews. I have tried a couple of times to get some help on the forums in the metadata catergory but the issue is not fixed. Is there a group of people I can pay to look at the issue for me ? Any information about such a service offered by Plex would be appreciated.
Plex has no official technical support other than the Forums and Reddit.
