Is there official guidance on back-up and restore plex for shield?

So I have a huge Plex library in my Nvidia Shield TV Plex server which is on 900GB SSD connected to a 16GB 2015 Shield.
A lot of the metadata are custom made because they are not available on TVDB.

I need to reset my Shield TV to factory setting which result I will lose all data and apps. Then I will reinstall and update all apps.

Is there official guidance on how to back up and restore all plex metadata, database, posters, etc on Nvidia Shield TV Plex server so that I can keep everything intact?
