I logged into my account on a web browser, the server status is online and working fine, but when access the Plex app through the tablet or mobile, it shows that the server is offline

This can happen if you e.g. have disabled remote access and try to access your server from outside your home network. Another scenario is if you’re trying to access your server from a different subnet inside your home network (e.g. if your WLAN router establishes its own network instead of bridging/expanding the main home network where your server is located).

Well… can you access the server from your Pixel, Mate, Lenovo… while in the same network from which you access the server through Plex Web?
Yes , if I open Plex on Google chrome using any of my devices , it’s working fine , so I think the issue is with the APP
