I logged into my account on a web browser, the server status is online and working fine, but when access the Plex app through the tablet or mobile, it shows that the server is offline

This can happen if you e.g. have disabled remote access and try to access your server from outside your home network. Another scenario is if you’re trying to access your server from a different subnet inside your home network (e.g. if your WLAN router establishes its own network instead of bridging/expanding the main home network where your server is located).
The devices from which you try to access that shared server are all in the same network? (just trying to rule out there’s some restriction/blocking on the network level)
