You just did the figurative equivalent to handing your car key to a car dealer, pointing somewhere down the road and stating “something, something… car broken” 
Is this about accessing your Plex Media Server from Plex on your Android phone (I suppose that’s what the 1st screenshot is showing)? Are both devices in the same network or is this about remote access?
Have you been able to access your server from this client before?
Thanks for replying, sorry about the lack of info/context. I am trying to access this on my home network, not remote viewing. On both mine and my girlfriends phones it shows “Offline” but it’s definitely online. I also can’t Chromecast as it just keeps loading but never actually plays.
