When playing media on my WebOS enabled tv through the official app, I get “There was a problem playing this item”. Looking at the status alerts I just receive Finished processing $filename.
Steps I have tried:
Checked permissions on transcoder TEMP folder
Checked permissions on all files required to play
Changed location of TEMP folder
UnChecked Allow direct play on client
UnChecked Allow direct stream on client
The device does not seem to be transcoding the files on request, anyone know a solution?
The NAS is the DS918+ running DSM 6.1.4-15217 Update 5.
@trumpy81 I am a plexpass member and running plex in a container, it automatically updates. Also Web OS is running the latest available, as it is also set to automatically update.
Looking through my logs I am seeing the following error: Unable to find client profile for device; platform=webOS, platformVersion=3.3.0, device=, model=65UH7700-UB
