Issue with Live TV and DVR

Hello,

I recently added live tv functionality to my Plex server and I love it. Had it set up to record live TV and it was recording shows and removing the commercials without any problems. About three days ago, my live tv shows stopped recording and when I try to access live tV it says “Playback error. Unable to tune channel.” The metadata/artwork in program guide has also disappeared and does not show up. When I use the HDHomerun desktop app for mac, my live tv channels come in fine without any issue.

Any idea why this is happening? I have attempted to upgrade to the most recent version of PMS and have installed version 1.11.0.4666-fc63598ba, but when I check my setting it still shows up as version 1.10.1.4602 . When I try to upgrade, it says “something went wrong. Please install manually.” I’ve installed the latest version a few times, but it still says 1.10.

Any help would be appreciated.

What are you running PMS on?
What model HDHomerun are you using?
I take it you are a PlexPass user?
Are you signed into your Plex account on the PMS?

I am running PMS on a 2014 Mac mini and using HDHomerun Connect Duo2. I am a Plex Pass user and signed into my plex account.

The tuner has started to record my shows again, but I am not sure why it has not been reliable with being able to tune and record. I have only had issues when using Plex to access my tuner.
