When trying to watch a trailer or extra in any movies in my Library it just sits and tries to load until it errors out with Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error… This happens on all devices, Samsung galaxy s 10 +, Vizio E60-E3, Xbox One S, And web interface for Windows 10 Home. Can you please assist me with this?

I uploaded my server logs reflecting the issue playing trailers or extras. This happened over night. It worked and then didn’t. I changed nothing which is what they all say but in this case I didn’t. Anyhow I have not received any response on this and would like to get this resolved ASAP. Can you please help with this issue?
It has been 5 days and still have no update on this. I have ran a repair on the server and still the trailers and extras will not play. I do have plex pass so it should work if enabled. I am getting very frustrated here. Can you PLEASE RESPOND BACK WITH SOME HELP!
