When trying to watch a trailer or extra in any movies in my Library it just sits and tries to load until it errors out with Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error… This happens on all devices, Samsung galaxy s 10 +, Vizio E60-E3, Xbox One S, And web interface for Windows 10 Home. Can you please assist me with this? I recreated issue at 10:53 am MST on 1-29-2020. Here are the logs reflecting that.
