Not able to play trailers and other automatically downloaded extras related to new movies being added to server

I have plex media server installed on a gen 10 i7 powered windows 10 intel nuc. Plex automatically downloads metadata and extras related to a movie when added to the server. It was working fine till yesterday. Now when I add a new movie, the automatically downloaded trailers and other videos in extras do not play. I throws an error message, ‘‘Conversion failed. The transcoder failed to start up’’.

Please advise as to how to resolve the same. Have a lifetime plex subscription.

Same. I think everyone is experiencing this. Hopefully an update is released immediately.

I understand that because the company has not communicated with any of us regarding the issue or the fix.
