Issue with the last version

Hello,

Since the last update of my Plex media server on my Synology NAS DS418Play today, I can’t find my films and series anymore in the player. I tried to disable and enable again the permissions but nothing changes. I have this problem on my TV, my PC and my phone. Has anyone a solution for this or is it possible to downgrade plex media server to the previous version ?

Thanks trumpy but after all that I have still the issue. But I have no a new folder PlexMediaServer I’m not sure I had it before

Maybe installing the previous version ?

I did it months ago when I updated the DSM version and everything was working fine until now with the last version. When I create a new server to test with the same folders of films and series, it works and the metadatas are created in the new PlexMediaServer folder. Can I copy the Plex folder to the PlexMediaFolder manually to recover it ?

OK so by doing that I will lose all my metadatas ? When I will erase all data by uninstalling Plex it will erase the Plex data or the PlexMediaServer data ?
