HELP! I can't live without Plex

Hello everyone, first of all I apologize for my English (obtained with the translator).
I upgraded my DS214play from version 6.2.4.25556 to version 7.1.0.42962 and it no longer works for me plex.
I’ll explain.
After installing the new version of DSM it made me uninstall Plex. I uninstalled it.
I downloaded the latest version of Plex
PlexMediaServer-1.29.0.6244-819d3678c-x86_DSM7.spk
I installed it but there was no way to show him my files in the archive.
After installing and reinstalling a million times I finally decided to start from scratch.
I created a new account in Plex.
When I create a new library, however, it does not show me anything of what is contained and tells me that it is empty …
Can anyone help me?

Buongiorno, ma io sto cercando di fare una nuova installazione e quindi NON una migrazione da una versione precedente (ci avevo pasticciato troppo).
Ho rimosso la vecchia cartella PlexMediaServer
Ho addirittura cambiato account.
Ho verificato ed ho tutti i diritti sulla nuova cartella PlexMediaServer
Continuo però a none vedere nulla nella miei librerie …

I gave all the rights to the folders where I have the videos but even so nothing has changed.
I uninstalled everything again.
I also deleted the Plex user (but for version 7 the user didn’t have to be PlexMediaServer?)
I reinstalled everything and restarted Plex and I get the error message: “We have encountered a problem with a core component of Plex Media Server.”

Looking in the user list there is no Plex user …
Some idea?

Lo creerei anche a mano ma che password gli devo mettere?

Gli ho dato tutti i diritti sulla cartella dove ho i videi ma ancora nulla, nella librereria non compare nulla …
