Issues with Downloads on iOS

Server Version#: 1.25.0.5246
Player Version#: iOS v7.26

I frequently get errors trying to download things to my iPhone, although some content works. In recent testing I was successfully able to download the movie “#Alive”, but the first episode of the Pacific Rim: The Black TV show failed.

In the server logs I notice:

[EDIT 2: Adding XML info for undownloadable item]

Any ideas? Just had an 18 hour flight home for the holidays and I had to make do with services other than Plex. It was a real shame. Sync was one of the biggest reasons I bought a Plex Pass in the first place.

Not great at reading logs so I won’t even attempt to.

That said, having been really scathing lately on this feature there has been a significant improvement on 7.27(I noticed you’re on 7.26)
Not sure if the the latest 7.27 release is TestFlight only but it definitely seems to finally work.

Sorry I can’t offer any more than that.
