I purchased this tuner because it was listed under supported tuners on the Plex site. When I initially plugged in the device, Plex didn’t detect it at all. I updated the drivers and its finding it now but viewing it as an unsupported device. When I look at it in device manager it shows as a 975? This is what Plex shows:
I initially set it up as unsupported and was able to scan my channels and get the guide, but for every single channel it’s giving me an error and won’t play. I’ve tried reinstalling Plex, reinstalling drivers for the tuner, rolling back to older Plex versions and nothing has worked. I’m at a loss as to what to do at this point. Any help would be appreciated. I don’t understand why it’s not recognizing the device as supported and then why it’s not playing once I’m able to scan the channels.
