Not really a server access issue or anything with ‘remote access’, but like when I navigate to app.plex.tv (or when logging, it uses it too) or even 192.168.1.2:32400 , I get a ‘connection reset’ or “plex is unavailable” or it does load but there’s the yellow exclamation error on the Live TV and Watchlist.. This even happens if I go to app.plex.tv logged out, sometimes. Even have seen this on the Windows PC app.
Sometimes the pages don’t load after a refresh but sometimes they do.
When the Watchlist left nav error goes away, going to the page I got a “something went wrong” error message on the page.
Anyone else have this kind of issue? Even seeing this after a fresh Windows install, and a reboot of my modem/router. I have the ATT BWG320 box for 1gig fiber, and reboot it too.
Sigh… I might have fixed it… originally when I started to have these issues, the ATT box had factory reset by itself randomly. I didn’t think much of it at the time, and re-updated the configuration to what I had, in terms of SSID and IP allocation for the server.
Tonight though, I did an intentional factory reset, and connected my laptop via ethernet so it was only ATT and my laptop on the reset network. Then put my SSID back. Haven’t seen the issue pop up yet with the rest of the devices and server back online.
