Issues with my DS415+

Server Version#: 1.19.3.2764
Player Version#: 4.30.2

i had to change to a new router today, and after that the server is not accessible from most of my devices.

I can still access the content from the NAS on my iPhone, but Web and smartTV’s is not accessible.

There is not any options for content control in the webdashboard, so I’m totally blanked for what to do…?

Also, i deleted the authorized devices, including the server, but i can not find out how to add the server back.

With the server removed,
restart it.

Sign out of Plex/web as well (upper right corner)

Now open an incognito window: http://ip.addr.of.syno:32400/web

Also: LAN IP of your computer and LAN IP of the Syno? is it local to you ? Are you using Quick Connect?

Found a solution. Changed the IP range on the new router to the original one, and that solved the problem.
