Issues with Remote Access not working outside of my home network

I’m having issues with Remote Access not working. It will go green for a second and then turn red “not available”

I updated to windows 10 recently and went in and manually opened port 32400 by creating rules. Plex is also added as an allowed app.

On the router side I set up port forwarding for port 32400 for external and internal connections (ticked the manual port box and set the port to 32400). Also made sure the correct internal IP address 192.168.1.4 was entered for that rule and matches the private IP (server IP) set up in Plex.

I also enabled UPnP on my router

I still can’t get Plex to connect outside of my home network and it’s driving me crazy lol.

I noticed on my UPnP table that the port 32400 isn’t showing up, but the port 8096 for my emby side of the computer is.

I can’t connect to either from my home network so I am unsure what the issue is but I feel like something on my computer is blocking it.

I attached my plex log files, maybe someone can see the issue?

Looks like you are behind Carrier Grade NAT. Some ISP’s provide an web interface to allow you to setup port forwards or bridge mode to your router.

well dang, thanks for noticing that. I checked my router and there are conflicting issues with those public IP addresses, my router shows the first one that doesn’t match what I am actually seeing with the what’s my IP and what plex shows.

Thanks for the heads up, I’m going to try and call my ISP and get that resolved.
