Wait, where am I cleaning bundles? Where’s “more”?

At the bottom of your list of libraries on the left.

You posted a pic above with Movies, Music, Playlists, etc. At the bottom of that list.

This is the only place I can find a button that says clean bundles and the descriptions talking about the library not the server.

Cleaning Bundles is Cleaning Bundles. Performing the action from Settings → Libraries is the same as what is shown in the Plex Dance article.
