Plex Media Server (Plex-Pass) Plugin for FreeNAS-11.2-U6
Server Version#: 1.18.0.1944
First things first, all of my files are named and organized correctly, and I have made sure that they are properly matched for metadata from TheTVDb. Now, the issues:

The screenshots being used as posters for individual episodes are not pulling correctly from TheTVDb and are instead frequently showing images from completely different series where they should not. For example:
This is how “Sunnyside (2019)” shows (red text added by me). Note that the first 2 episodes have the wrong images. Is there anyway to prevent this from happening in the future, and/or to purge the incorrect images and reset all episodes to their proper default posters from TheTVDb? -
Also present on “Sunnyside (2019)” and many other series, some shows are randomly ignoring the library default for seasons and hiding all seasons, even if there is more than one in some cases. My default is to always show seasons even if there is only one, so this is a bit annoying as well. Is it possible to do a bulk edit that sets all series back to library default?

My final issue is with manually created playlists. It seems like no matter how many times I fix the order in which I want the playlist to be, Plex will randomly re-order the playlist with no rhyme or reason. For now I have mostly been using smart playlists to avoid this, but given the limitations of smart sorting and the fact that a smart playlist can only pull from one library they are not always able to do what I want. (For example, a playlist of The CW “Arrow-verse” shows in ideal viewing order rather than air date order, or a playlist of the MCU containing both movies and TV shows.)
Is there anything I can do on my end to correct or at least improve these issues? Are these known bugs that will be fixed in a future update?
