If you rename/reorganize media, perform the Plex Dance, to remove the old, now incorrect, information from the Plex Database.
Also, don’t forget to edit the show (not season or episode) and choose the desired episode ordering (Edit Show → Advanced → Episode Ordering).
The date problem should be fixed in the latest Plex Pass build.
