The Plex Dance article is correct. You can clean bundles by selecting the ellipsis next to the server name, in addition to Settings → Troubleshooting.
Download from Plex and install: plex.tv → Download
or
Scroll to bottom of this thread, Downloads → Plex Media Server
Toggle Plex Pass Downloads on before downloading.
