Just added a Tv Series and it won't show at all ! How do I fix this ? Thank you!

From a first look you need to rework your file naming.
Your current folder structure will give Plex the creeps…

S:\
   Serveur HDD 2
      Serveur HDD 2 - Tv Shows (ENG) (1080p)
         Marvel's Hawkeye (2021-11-24) (1080p 10Bit H.264 5.1 AAC)
            Marvel's Hawkeye S01
               Hawkeye S01E01 Never Meet Your Heroes 1080p.mkv

Try following the official naming schema instead:

S:\
   Serveur HDD 2
      Serveur HDD 2 - Tv Shows (ENG) (1080p)   <- folder linked to your TV Show library
         Marvel's Hawkeye (2021)
            Season 01
               Marvel's Hawkeye (2021) - s01e01 - Never Meet Your Heroes 1080p.mkv

I also recommend you do a full Plex Dance to ensure Plex is picking those files up correctly and to avoid confusion due to some of your previous names.
