Keep losing access to my Plex server (UnRAID container)

Server Version#: 1.40.1.8227
Player Version#: 1.90.1.118-a4bc1429
Since about two container upgrades ago (right after an upgrade), my server will be fine for several days, then suddenly I’ll “lose access” to it with the following message:
Not authorized
You do not have access to this server.

If this seems wrong, make sure the server is signed in and claimed by the same account you’re using now.

Restarting the container fixes the problem, but it seems to happen often and randomly enough that it’s frustrating to my family. The access issue happens both with Plex for Windows and Plex’s Web connection connecting locally.

I’ve tried re-claiming the server with a claim code, which seemed to work for about 4 days, then lost access again. No other network changes or upgrades during this time (on my end).

To make it work, I restart the server container, then restart the app, and everything’s fine again. If I restart the app before restarting the server, I get the same error - unauthorized.

Any ideas for where to look/what to do? I am subscribed to a Plex Pass and have maintained that subscription.

I would check the logs for the Plex container via unRAID and also look at the PMS logs

Not sure what to look for in the logs, but downloaded. Not seeing anything in the container logs aside from the libusb_init being unable to run (which seems normal, I don’t have a video capture card/USB accessory).

I’ve also noticed on restart, I can’t always get to the TVDB to download or refresh metadata, but can get to it from the server itself as well as other computers on my network. Another restart of the container seems to fix that connectivity. Really not sure what’s going on there.

Try posting the full logs here and if your lucky someone from Plex support may help…
