My kids have a managed account. Plex shows me they have access to the libraries I designated for that purpose. The tab Media claims I haven’t granted access to anything yet. When starting Plex using their account I get a spinner but never get to see their home screen. Please advise, thanks.
As far as I can see you have not only created a “managed” user account for your kids, but have also created a regular user account. So there are two different accounts, named the same.
Are you sure that you are looking at the right account of those two?
Are you sure that the device which your kids are supposed to use is logged into the managed account and not the regular one?

P.S.: the regular user account hasn’t accepted your invitation yet, so it doesn’t have access to anything yet.
Dropped the account, and created a new managed one. That solved it. Thanks.
