Last 3 Server Updates have killed remote access

Server Version#: 1.18.2.2058
Player Version#: web

Remote Access says fully accessible.

Port forwarding has been checked and is valid

I have reset router, reset plex, reset fiber box.

I have a static IP address.

UPNP has been disabled and enabled with no success

IPv6 has been disabled and enabled.

Inside my network, the XBOX one is the only device that gets a full bit for bit stream

Every computer and device inside the network and outside the network is downsampled to 480p.

Server is a 12 core 24 thread xeon .Running windows 10.

I’m stumped

Here are the logs
Plex Media Server.log (797.6 KB)

Are all your devices and the server on the same subnet?

Having the same issue with Remote Access, everything seems correct and settings for remote access says “Fully accessible outside your network”. Its not! wiped and reloaded server, installed most current version of Plex and rebuilt router port forwarding table. Going to try going back to and older version of Plex.

@johngrayjr please start your own forum thread to track your own issue.

yes all on same subnet

I also want to point out that about 6 other people I know are having similar issues.

Do you guys have a link to the latest stable release so i can t try and downgrade and get things back working?

I’ve had a different issue over the last three versions where my Windows server wouldn’t tune or pull a stream from my tuner. My 2nd Qnap server works just fine over the last three versions.

The Windows server only works properly on the 1.18.1.2019 release. I wonder if this is somehow related to what is going on here.

File name for that version is PlexMediaServer-1.18.1.2019-c186313fe-x86.exe if you need to rebuild the URL for a download.

is the any followup Plex people? I’d like to get this resolved. Do you need anything else?

So canyouseeme.org shows success on your Port?
