Every sense the update to the new GUI it’s so hard to navigate. The news videos videos don’t work it just sits there spinning.
1st off, Mini rant. The Menus are so hard to navigate I have to go into another sub menu into my server and another sub menu just to access my movies, music, and DVR. Is there a way to go to the default menus to the way it used to be? To me this is a set back not a step forward. I shouldn’t have to navigate through a massive spider web of menus just to access my movies. Why it shows tidal and other on the main but I have to go through a series of sub menus to access my movies.
2nd, for some reason the news stations do not work, it sits there spinning the white circle for days.
If your going to make something new and improved make it easy not harder.
It’s very hard to navigate. Can I do something to make it easier? Especially the Fire Stick TV App.
Do you only have access to one plex server and did you disable all Online Media Sources in your plex account?
If so, you could be hit by a known bug which prevents your side bar and your home page from getting populated automatically upon first run.
Which then explains why you have to always go through More... to access all your libraries.
The bug is known and will be fixed shortly in an update.
In the mean time, you can ‘pin’ your favorite (or all) libraries to the side bar, so that they are accessible immediately.
