QNAP Firmware update broke Plex

On 2/3/21, I updated the Qnap firmware on my TS-677 to version 4.5.2.1566 build 20210202. Now I can no longer load the Plex app on my Qnap server. I have plex data backed up but I do not know what folder or file(s) to send. I apologize for the duplicate post. I accidentally logged into my parents account and posted from that, which I will attempt to remove now.

Make a ZIP of the “Logs” directory.

Attach it.

(That’s the easiest way)

You’re brave by loading a new QNAP firmware (4.5.2) so quickly after release
