Launching Plex - This Page Isn't Working

Hello,
I am new with using a NAS. I have installed Plex using the latest version from Plex. Did the manual install on my Synology 220+. I migrated all my data over. I have given my PlexMediaServer shared folder account full control. I did the “Custom” that I saw in an article, but after I reboot it goes back to just read/write?

When I try to launch Plex Media Server I just get a page saying “This page isn’t working”
“my user name”.us5.quickconnect.to didn’t send any data.
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

Any help would be appreciated!!

Got a “This site cannot be reached”. Refused to connect.

I put it in like this:

http://192.168.86.37:32400/web

So I am trying to launch Plex from my QuickConnect screen. So maybe that is the issue?

I don’t know how to get to it any other way?
