Hello

I want to buy one of these TVs to replace my trusty samsung 2013 TV. My family have two accounts between us - one for kids movies, one for everything (PIN protected) something i’ve noticed is that on LG plex client, when you exit the app and then relaunch later on it’ll always return to the user who logged in last - even if it’s the user which requires the PIN!

That’s no good if we finish watching something at night, switch it off then kids come down in the morning wanting to watch Toy Story and finding they can readily watch “Alien!” without being prompted for the PIN code!

Is this correct? is there a way round this? if there’s not a way round this does anyone know of a decent client i can use instead? (eg i’ve heard the FireStick app also has this…erm “Feature” too - which may or may not be true)

It is a preference in each Plex client. It is usually called ‘Automatic Logon’
You need to disable it.
