LG Plex App boots in Empty Home screen

It has been some months now but when I start Plex on my LG tv’s (The C7 and C9) the app boots in an empty Home screen. I am able to select my library and play everything. It’s just an empty boot.

It will work perfectly on my smartphone/browser and other clients.

Note: My setup works as followed: The PMS is setup to be in sleep/standby mode. When a plex is started it wakes the PMS (very fast) and start serving. It used to work perfectly on my LG Apps but now EMPTY. What does work is First start the app using my smartphone and after that start the TV app.

Any suggestions?
