Some of my users (seems to be all LG TV users) have been having issues for a few weeks with the updated player. I’ve worked in IT for a long time and I’ve explorer everything I can think of (too many to list here). It’s come down to the Player (I believe).
After about half an hour of playback (most films), the playback starts stuttering and will never recover. Resuming from the same point had the same issue. There is no “buffering” message other than the first playback (as expected).
I have an LG TV locally to the Plex server and experience no issues (I did at first but it’s been fine for a few weeks now). So this issue appears to be a remote issue only.
Any ideas? One of my users are my parents and it’s winding me up that they can’t play anything.
