LG Smart TV can't access Plex when Plex server is connected to VPN

I recently got my Plex server to work for remote use with my AirVPN account, and I can access my server from my laptop or phone when its not connected to wifi, but the LG smart TV I have can’t access the server when the VPN is running. The manual servers section in the settings on my TV have the IPs blank but shows 32400 for the port if that means anything.

I have two LG tvs in this house by the way, one of them works fine with the VPN on, the other doesn’t.
