LG WebOS player is the only player affected by Synology NAS being connected to VPN

Player Version#: Plex for LG 5.36.1

I can play content while server is on VPN with Android (even on cell data), Web (even thorough plex.tv/web), Android TV, Xbox Series X. LG WebOS (on a C8 and CX) show the server as unavailable even on the same network.
