If you have updated the WebOS on your TV, your custom profile may no longer recognize your TV. The string I was using happened to include the WebOS version number. Once I edited the string in my custom profile, the client was recognized correctly again. My custom profile specifies 4096x2160 as the resolution for all video codecs, however, this can be overridden by the DLNA client preferences on the PMS server as I suggested in my linked post. It seems that PMS is unaware that UHD or 4K exists for clients, even though it recognizes UHD or 4K media in any video folders added on PMS.
