Dear Sir or Madam, I have not used my NAS for 4 years now. I have a Synology DS918+ with updated DSM 7.1.1. Everything works after the update and the Plex Media Server is also accessible, but unfortunately my media libraries are now gone and if I want to create new ones I can only select the MEDIA folder on Volume1 but not the subfolders such as movies or series, music. What has changed? What do I have to do? Please help, I can log in everywhere but I can no longer see any media libraries and cannot create any with the correct folder. You must MIGRATE your existing server from DSM 6 → DSM 7
(This is not an automatic upgrade)
This step is required first.
Ok, all is done, now created new libraries, working now, Dashboard adds Media now and Updating Medadata.
